This can take place in connection with the digital health screening and/or during the ongoing follow-up on the employee's priority fields of action.

 

During the health screening, the employee consents to his or her answers and reports being shared with Vicorda’s health care specialists. 

This ensures that the specialist contacting the employee on his or her request possesses the relevant proficiency.
